The experiences of 2020 should not be lost on us. If any good is to come out of them, it will emerge from our lessons learned and applied. It would mean a determination and a decidedness to move forward in unity. However as the lockdown eases and the busyness of life returns in different ways and forms, the risk that all we have experienced will become a moment in time. It is within our gift as leaders and human beings to ensure that this doesn’t happen. What it will take is the decision to move forward from a starting place of Love, real Love - that unconditional acceptance of who we are as human beings and fuelled by the compassion and kindness that Love itself produces.
