Yetunde’s professional background is in HR with a career spanning more than 30 years of senior international and global cross-cultural FMCG experience.  She is a leader in the implementation of commercially successful global executive leadership, talent, company transformation programmes designed to accelerate the change readiness, growth and capability development in global corporations.

She has led complex global strategic change initiatives that resulted in significant commercial results in market through leading teams comprising senior executives with HR and non-HR backgrounds. 

She believes that love is the most critical leadership and organisational capability and passionately in the value of love-based leadership in organisations. She also believes that organisations whose employees are full of Joy are organisations that will find it easier to be genuinely inclusive, resilient, adaptable and successful in the long term.

A Portfolio Non-Executive Director and business leader herself, Yetunde is a board level executive coach and mentor working with individual leaders and their leadership teams.

She is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of FTSE 250 Cranswick Country Foods Plc where she is also the designated Board Director for Workforce Engagement.

She is the Founder and Programme Director of Solaris, a Global Executive Leadership Development Academy targeted at the black executive and professional woman in organisations.

She is also the Managing Director of Synchrony Development Consulting and The Enjoyable Life Series CIC.

A Visiting Fellow at the University of Reading’s Henley Business School, Yetunde has worked in and/or delivered commercially successful leadership interventions in organisations that are leaders in their industry. Some of those organisations include Unilever, Thales, HSBC, Croda, Imperial Brands, The Prudential, The NHS, Northern Foods, Allied Domecq, GSK, Linden Homes, Poly and The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Ibadan, Nigeria

She has come to understand and believe that with the presence of Love, Leadership and a focus on Results, a business no matter how small or big can through even the most ordinary of its people, deliver extraordinary results that are far in excess of its expectations.
