My life’s work is the development of organisations capabilities through the development of their people and the unlocking of the potential they have.  I advise business leaders and business leadership teams on the cultural and behavioural changes required to underpin the successful implementation of a change in strategy, significant growth and /or expansion.  

Our world is full of the stories we tell ourselves and organisations are no different.   Using a variety of tools and Integral Development Coaching, I enable Leaders, Leadership Teams and Organisations to inspire followership and mobilise commitment to the change required.

I focus on individual leaders and their teams and the alignment of people strategies.  I support HR and OD Leaders in ensuring that their people and talent strategies are commercially focused and set up to contribute effectively to their organisation’s success.

 My background is HR.   My professional life spans more than 25 years of senior international cross-cultural FMCG experience.  I am a leader in the implementation of commercially successful global executive leadership, talent, company transformation programmes designed to accelerate the change readiness, growth and capability development in global corporations.  

An internationally certified Integral Development Coach I am also a Business Leader and Business Leadership Team coach.

I am a Visiting Fellow  - Marketing and Reputation - at the University of Reading, Henley Business School.

I have worked in and delivered commercially successful leadership interventions in organisations that are leaders in their industry. Some of those organisations include Unilever, Imperial Tobacco, The Prudential, Northern Foods, Allied Domecq and The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Ibadan, Nigeria

Through my experience gained from years of successful delivery, I understand the needs and challenges of strategy, leadership and talent management issues and the dynamics involved in leading business transformation and implementing change.

I have led complex global strategic change initiatives that resulted in significant commercial results in market through leading teams comprising senior executives with HR and non-HR backgrounds.

I have come to understand and believe that with the presence of Love, Leadership and Results, a business no matter how small or big can through even the most ordinary of its people, deliver extraordinary results that are far in excess of its expectations.
