As a child growing up in Nigeria the youngest of 5 siblings, whenever my mother cooked a pot of chicken stew and rice, i ended up with the tiny pieces of the wing and the feet! Whenever I looked with envy at my siblings rather large pieces of drumstick and thighs, she would say to me "mind your own business" It's important too that leaders mind their own business and have their teams do so too as a relentless focus on one's own path and direction albeit wishing others well, leads to contentment and a quality of results that could exceed expectations!
